¡Yes, we became children again!

After this year’s great challenge of organizing El més petit de tots, we finally made it: we managed to become children again!

We are happier than ever. Not only have we managed to dive into the unknown, but we have also made it up to the clouds! Indeed, with our new section, Petit on the cloud, we were able to connect with our professional friends from all over the world and we could reflect, learn, and research about the arts in the early childhood. This was possible thanks to the V International Meeting of Arts for Early Childhood and all the programs linked to our festival, Teachers on the move and Artists on the move.

Convinced that art in early childhood is an essential asset, the cloud has allowed us to share artistic experiences also with the families. Online, we have played, experimented, researched, etc., and we have managed to bring the arts closer to our children from a very early age. And we have learned one of the most important lessons of all: to detect the importance of culture in all stages of life.

Despite the difficult times, we have also been able to enjoy face-to-face experiences. We have held more than 60 workshops addressed at 0-to-5-year-olds thanks to the will of our participating schools. We could even put an end to our festival in open theaters!

All this was possible thanks to the perseverance of a deeply committed team, as well as the theaters of Sabadell, Igualada, Barcelona, Lleida, Olot, Benicàssim, Sant Cugat, Tordera, Granollers, Viladecans and Montcada i Reixac. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the artists who, with an open mind, showed their willingness to do anything to support the festival in a year full of adversities. Finally, I would like to highlight the support of the institutions who never ceased to trust in our project.

Thank you all for being there and for sharing our idea that art feeds our souls and makes us grow.
